Support

PostReady help center

Practical help for recording once, saving both formats, and fixing the most common permission, storage, Photos, and purchase issues.

Contact

Email postready@keltek.ai for support. Include your iPhone model, iOS version, the selected quality settings, and whether the issue happened before recording, during recording, while saving, or after relaunching the app.

Typical response target is within two business days during launch testing. Do not send private video files unless support specifically asks and you are comfortable sharing them.

Permissions

PostReady needs Camera permission to show the preview and record video. Microphone permission is needed only when audio is enabled. Photos add-only permission is used to save the finished portrait and landscape files to your library.

If permission was denied, open iOS Settings, find PostReady, and enable Camera, Microphone, and Photos. If Photos access is limited, saving may fail or only local recovery may be available until permission is expanded.

Recording

The free baseline records 1080p30 dual output with audio and no watermark, and saves clips up to 1 minute each (Pro removes the cap for full-length takes). Keep the phone stable, leave enough storage, and avoid switching apps while files are finalizing.

Advanced settings such as 4K, 60 fps, HEVC, Apple Log, and manual controls are Pro workflows and should be used only on supported devices after validation. If a setting is unavailable, the app keeps you on the safer baseline instead of risking a failed take.

Saving to Photos

After recording, PostReady finalizes two files: portrait and landscape. If saving to Photos succeeds, both files should appear in your library. If Photos save fails, PostReady keeps local references so you can retry from the result or history flow.

If a retry keeps failing, check Photos permission, free storage, Low Power Mode, and whether the device is hot. Relaunch the app and open History to confirm whether local recovery is available.

Storage and heat

Dual-output video creates more work than a normal single video. Make sure your device has free space before long takes. Recording at higher quality, higher frame rates, or in warm environments can increase thermal pressure.

If the phone becomes hot, stop recording, let the device cool, reduce brightness, close other camera or video apps, and restart at 1080p30. Do not start important long recordings while the device is already warm.

Purchases and restore

PostReady Pro plans are monthly, yearly, and lifetime. There is no weekly tier. Purchases are handled by Apple through the App Store. If products are temporarily unavailable during launch setup, the free recording path remains available.

To restore a previous purchase, open the Pro screen and choose Restore purchases. To cancel or manage a subscription, use your Apple Account subscription settings. Refund requests are handled by Apple through reportaproblem.apple.com.

Diagnostics

Helpful details for support include the exact error message, the quality settings, whether audio was enabled, whether Photos permission was granted, the approximate recording duration, and how much storage was available.

PostReady does not include tracking or analytics SDKs. Support troubleshooting is based on what you choose to send by email and what the app can show locally.
