Summary

PostReady Recorder records video on your iPhone and saves generated files locally and to your Photos library when you allow it. The app is built to avoid cloud processing, account creation, advertising identifiers, and third-party analytics.

Information the app processes

Camera and microphone data: video frames and optional audio are processed on device to create portrait and landscape outputs. PostReady does not send this media to a server.

Photos access: Photos add-only access is used to save completed recordings to your library. If saving fails, local recovery data may be kept on device so you can retry.

Settings and history: capture settings, local recording history, file names, durations, save status, and related metadata may be stored locally on your device so the app can show recent recordings and recovery options.

Information we do not collect

PostReady does not require a user account. It does not collect contact lists, precise location, browsing history, advertising identifiers, or biometric data. It does not include third-party ad SDKs or analytics SDKs.

Purchases

In-app purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple. PostReady receives purchase entitlement status from StoreKit so the app can unlock Pro features. Payment details are handled by Apple and are not available to PostReady.

Support emails

If you email postready@keltek.ai, we receive the information you choose to include, such as your email address, device model, iOS version, screenshots, error descriptions, or sample files. Support messages are used only to respond to your request and improve the product.

Please avoid sending sensitive recordings unless support specifically asks for an example and you are comfortable sharing it.

Data sharing

PostReady does not sell personal data. We may share information only when necessary to provide support, comply with law, prevent fraud or abuse, or operate basic business services such as email hosting. The app itself is designed not to transmit your recordings.

Retention and deletion

Recordings and local history remain on your device until you delete them, clear app data, or uninstall the app. Videos saved to Photos are controlled by your Photos library. Support emails may be retained as long as needed to respond, maintain records, and improve support quality.

Children

PostReady is a general camera utility and is not directed to children. If you believe a child has sent support information without appropriate consent, contact us and we will review the request.

International use

If you contact support from outside the United States, your support message may be processed in countries where our email and support providers operate. Your on-device recordings are not uploaded by PostReady.

Changes

This policy may be updated as PostReady evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new effective date.
